The SS is a high functioning killing group founded by Adolf Hitler but ruled by Heinrich Himmler two very powerful men. At first the SS was a small group and of personal bodyguards but over time it grew larger and larger with the success of with the Nazi movement. With the growth of the SS, they gained control of almost everything such as taking over the police forces.  The SS was something to fear if you were a Jew or someone in their way. This group had taken over almost everything and killed millions of people when doing so.
