         <description><![CDATA[<p>Upon reading the textbook and by us using the technology as well, many online websites such as Blackboard, Canvas, and many other learning management systems are used by teachers for students to learn, discuss, and to ask questions. It can help teachers have Maintenace over their students and grades over pen and paper. as for students if they have trouble with something they may refer to a link, guide, or a passage to instruct them to success. in my experience the new update to Blackboard has made it easier for me to keep track of assignments compared to its last update!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the textbook it talks about a software that is designed for tracking, reporting, documenting, and delivering a course and it is called LMS. Most of these softwares are for higher education but more teachers are starting to adopt these programs as it helps them keep track of their lessons that they did for that week. LMS tends to be helpful for students as it is for teachers because there are features that you can include Youtube, PBS, Infobase Health Reference Center, and more. There are also assessment tools for like grading assignments, and keeping records in a gradebook. LMS helps teachers manage their course smoothly for themselves and their students.  Coaches who plan to be more organized with their team use AMS. This software organizes and stores athlete and team information. AMS features are more like calendar planners, messaging with athletes and parenys. and questionnaires about wellness. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Learning in the classroom has changed drastically over the past 10-20 years. The implementation of technology into the classroom has changed the way students have been able to learn. Specifically in PE, health education and coaching, the use of technology has been able to enhance communication between students and teachers. Apps like Blackboard, Google Classroom and Padlet allows teachers to assign tasks for their students and interact with them via email or discussion boards. For students, they are able to communicate with each other and their teachers, as well as complete any work that is assigned to them. Things like smart boards and laptops are heavily used in classrooms as tools for learning, as well. Overall the use of technology for learning and in the classroom can be incredibly useful.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A method I would use to enhance communication for physical education, health education, or coaching would be email and google drive. Communicating through a professional email is a great way to stay in contact with individuals online. Teachers and coaches can use email to communicate with a large group of students at one time. Google drive is a great way to share large files with students/individuals and is easy for instructors to allow access to certain files.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Management Technology - Class Dojo</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>One method I could use to enhance communication between parents and students is on Class Dojo. Class Dojo is a system to let students know if they're doing something bad (e.g. bullying) or something good (e.g. helping out a student in class). You can also use this as an award or tracking system to see how well a student is doing well in the class. You can also share this progress with the parents of every student. You can also use Class Dojo to track an athlete's behavior or an athlete's progress. Whoever has the most points can get extra credit or a surprise at the end of the week. A single teacher can use Class Dojo or it can be used school-wide or district-wide. Class Dojo has been around for a long time and I remember being a student in 3rd grade and my teacher used Class Dojo has a reinforcement for behavior. In the textbook, it goes over different apps and resources teachers can use to help with communication and management in the classroom.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p> Learning Management System (LMS) is a digital platform designed to promote the management, delivery, and tracking of educational content and activities. In the classroom, an LMS serves as a  hub where teachers can organize and share course materials, such as lectures, assignments, and multimedia resources. It provides tools for creating and administering assessments.  As of 2024, I feel as if most school districts do a great job when it comes to implementing technology in the classroom to communicate but one-way teachers can enhance this is by having deadline announcements for assignments automatically sent to students' phones.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The reason I feel like Google Docs can enhance communication is that me and My physical Therapist gave me access to a shared doc which lets me know what I should be doing. It can be updated by her so when things get too easy for me she makes them more challenging and I get the updates in real time. Which just makes things way easier for me during those weeks when I don't see her.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that class dojo is an amazing app to use because it encourages students to earn the point and stay on their best behavior regardless of the situation. Class Dojo was a big thing for me before. I used to be on one for class and if i can recall it kept me in check because of how much it would keep me connected to my work and the system itself. This is amazing because you can add parents, and this makes it easy to access the kid's parents for messages, phone calls, events, etc. This helps the kids stay on task and the parents have a constant eye on the kid's behavior. </p>]]></description>

Its ability to improve involvement and interaction is among its most important advantages. A wide range of technologies are accessible through online platforms and apps to support data tracking, parental communication, remote learning, and specific feedback. Using written comments, voice notes, or videos, coaches may offer students specific advice on their performance, making sure that each person has exactly what they need to get better. Online tools allow online participation in physical education activities, access to classroom materials, and collaborative projects for students who are absent to attend class or during distant learning periods. Technology also gives teachers the ability to monitor students' progress, track outcomes, such as heart rate, steps, and calories burned, and analyze data to assist with coaching decisions. More personalized and effective instruction is made possible by this based on data approach. Lastly, online platforms improve contact with parents by making it simple for them to post important announcements, progress reports, and updates. This increases the relationships between parents, teachers, and kids, while creating a more welcoming and collaborative school environment. By embracing technology, physical education, health education, and coaching can become more engaging, personalized, and effective, ultimately benefiting students of all ages and abilities.</p>]]></description>
