Grow 1: Make use of analytic in MS Teams (insights) and in MEL/Brightspace to keep track of students biweekly. Engage with students who are falling behind, not attending lesson or not accessing online material in a timely manner. Engagement can be in the form of MS Teams, phone call or F2F. Start in OCT 2021 semester.
How it will help in my work: timely intervention allow us time to find out the problems students are facing and solve or help them in the early stages. This will help students through the semester and pass their modules if remediation is done earlier.
Glow 1: learn how to develop asynchronous lecture using Articulate. To convert 2 lecture chapters of ODP by April 2022 semester. 
How it will help in my work: Converting async lecture to Articulate makes the learning experience more engaging/interactive and less teacher-centred. Chunking can be done to make learning less heavy and questions can be slotted mid point to reinforce learning.
