Run multiple, even small-scale trials as much as possible so as to gather more RC trial data across learner and teacher profiles

ID modules

Clarity about what are the ID modules being worked on (just a gist of it with the macro-concepts taught, the subject specific skills and advanced knowledge) and maybe a platform for all to view and vote for the IDs that they feel would be age appropriate and engaging for the target audience. Once the modules are chosen/shortlisted, allow staff to choose the ID modules that they would want to work on/help out in. Perhaps, a list of criteria of what we are looking out for in ID modules would be useful.

As students are coming from different schools, start RC teachers on anticipating the kinds of students, managing behaviors and attitudes which may arise during lessons. Even working on connecting with students and creating opportunity for student-student engagement, think of the what-ifs.

Many are unsure what is going to happen in RCs and are asking the following

1 what are the content going to be taught

2 do they have to develop the content

3 do they have the knowledge to teach the content

They don't know what they are getting into and yet have to decide if they would like to join

FidHLA for future FidHLA champions

To decentralise the FidHLA training and embracing/ encouraging teachers who are trained and have a lot of experience of applying what they've learnt at FidHLA workshops to become champions of FidHLA and/or teacher-mentors to junior FidHLA-trained teachers or teachers new to FidHLA content.

Conscious acknowledgement of the actual curriculum time in the new modality. There is no point in consistently saying there is 2 hours per week when we know that time is needed for settling in and breaks. It means we will consistently overplan.

RC lessons recordings

Will we explore recording the RC lessons, so that they become important PD resources esp when the initial group of RC teachers are our experienced GEP teachers. This is impt esp after the initial group finish their stint

Start parking what we wish to include across subjects (eg artefacts, checklists, vignettes to identify HALs using multiple sources of info) in a shared repository and build from there
