Since it contains many rooms, I will be able to keep my family, who are in need, with me.     As I am planning to become a psychologist, I will definitely have to work hard to be able to afford a house similar to this one.  Principal and interest are  $11,226/mo, property taxes are $1,062/mo, home insurance is $1,013/mo , this will be a total of $13,301. A few examples would be the beautiful  architecture presented in the homes, the city, and the streets. One unique thing about living in Arcadia would be the nature. Often times when you go you may see peacocks in trees, crossing the streets , or even in you front yard! Also your surrounding are peaceful and full of greenery. Another reason why this would be my ideal home is  because it is also filled with many great shops,stores and has good places to eat around it. Arcadia is near Los Angeles, and I have always wanted to stay somewhere near Los Angeles because its where all the action happens. Many events and  events are held there, and i would be close to them all day long. The last reason i want to live in Arcadia is because my grandma has always wanted to live there.
