-In the movement form to the left, the subject is doing twists with his upper body. While doing this movement, his lower body stays planted on the ground while the upper body twists on its axis. A key to help successfully twist is to make sure your hips do not rotate with the upper body. This allows you to use your abdominal muscles instead of your hips.

-In the movement form to the right, the subject is jumping. To be able to jump you must bend your knees while keeping your body in a straight vertical line or whatever direction you are jumping. Once your knees are bent, you are going to rapidly straighten your knees while also pushing off the ground with your feet. The height and speed at which you jump depends on the amount of force you apply while pushing off the ground.
