These bags can be harmful for the environment because when they are sent to a landfill site, the plastic builds up and uses a lot of space, and potentially never breaks down. Also, when the bags get dumped into the ocean, it can harm wildlife and also build up. If we use reusable bags for groceries this means we prevent landfill buildup, and save wildlife in the oceans.</p>]]></description>
