Idealism: The definition of idealism is believing in or pursuing some perfect vision or belief.  In popular usage, an idealist is someone who believes in high ideals and strives to make them real, even though they may be impossible. It’s often contrasted with pragmatist or realist, i.e. someone whose goals are less ambitious but more achievable.
2. Rationalism is the philosophy that knowledge comes from logic and a certain kind of intuition—when we immediately know something to be true without deduction, such as “I am conscious.” Rationalists hold that the best way to arrive at certain knowledge is using the mind’s rational abilities.

In sociology, the iron cage is a concept introduced by Max Weber to describe the increased rationalization inherent in social life, particularly in Western capitalist societies. The "iron cage" thus traps individuals in systems based purely on teleological efficiency, rational calculation and control.

• legal authority : 
any provision of law or regulation that carries the force of law, including, for example, statutes, rules and regulations, and court rulings.

• ownership authority :

The authority that belongs to people who own an organization or a company in its entirety and because of this ownership they are entitled to make decisions for the entire organization is called ownership authority. Owners of a sports team are the best example of ownership authority.
6.liberalism:a political philosophy based on liberty and equality before the law. Modern liberalism includes issues such as same-sex marriage, reproductive and other women's rights, voting rights for all adult citizens, civil rights, environmental justice, and government protection of the right to an adequate standard of living.
