Notifies supervisor in advance in case of absence.<br><br></div><div>-I didn't feel well one day and was too sick/tired to call into work and let my supervisor know I wouldn't be coming in<br><br></div><div>-My students were left without a teacher and administration didn't have time to find someone to cover my classes<br><br></div><div>-Other teachers had to take turns helping to cover my classes- I also got a written warning (which can eventually lead to termination)<br><br></div><div>-I should have called in sick and followed the attendance policy<br><br></div>]]></description>

Arrives on time to work, takes and returns from breaks on time and calls supervisor prior to being late.<br><br></div><div>-There ends up being a huge accident on my way to work and traffic is completely stopped- I end up being 30 minutes late for work<br><br></div><div>-My co-workers were looking for me this morning after I missed a meeting- my boss was notified that I was still not at work<br><br></div><div>-I ended up getting my 2nd written warning for being late and not calling my supervisor to explain what had happened, I am now placed on probation at work<br><br></div><div>-I should have called and explained what happened to my supervisor<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>-Complies with safety rules for specific workplace. <br><br>-Jazlynn cut her finger off while cashing a customer out and refused to stop working. There was blood everywhere and got on the customer's groceries. <br><br>-Jazlynn got a written warning and was told to never do this again. <br><br>-Jazlynn should have stopped working and reported her finger.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Joey Mitchell<br>-Interacts and communicates with others in a friendly and courteous way.&nbsp; Shows respect for others' ideas, opinions, and racial and cultural diversity.&nbsp; Effectively works as a member of a team.<br><br>-Ray is at a business meeting with his co-workers and is constantly going on his phone playing "Cookie Clickers".&nbsp; While someone is presenting their new business plan he interrupts them by laughing and getting frustrated because he doesn't have enough money to earn more cookies. &nbsp;<br>-Everybody at the meeting is now mad at Raymond.&nbsp; One person at the meeting told Ray's boss that he was not being a good co-worker at the meeting.&nbsp; Ray's boss yelled at him and put him on probation.<br>-Ray should have been paying attention during the meeting.&nbsp; If he was he would not have gotten in trouble at work.</div>]]></description>

Strives to meet quality standards and provides optimal customer service.<br><br>- Bob was working at McDonald's and is in charge of working Drive-Thru whenever he works. His manager fills out feedback sheets, but Bob doesn't ever listen to his boss' feedback.&nbsp; After that, some customers complained with the lack of service, and what they complained about was something his manager wrote about on the feedback sheet.<br><br>- Bob should have listened to what his manager wrote on the feedback sheets, and not have customers complain to him and his manager.&nbsp;<br><br>- Bob should have listened to his manager's advice to give better effort towards his job and make the experience of the customer better.<br><br>- Because of this, Bob lost his chance at getting a promotion, and therefore, complained about working at McDonald's. He recently got fired and can be found working in the dark back room for Burger King.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Uses job related tools, technologies and materials appropriately<br><br>-Jazlynn was suppose to be filing Emma's taxes but she was actually using the computer to play solitaire. <br><br>-Jazlynn was told that if she was caught playing solitaire again she would be fired because this was her 14th time being caught playing solitaire. <br><br>-Jazlynn should have been using the computer for what she was supposed to be doing (taxes). By playing solitaire she was being paid to be doing nothing and wasting peoples time and the computer that someone else could have been using. <br><br></div>]]></description>

Because of this, Susie decided to play a prank on Bob. Susie wanted to tie the shoe laces of Bob's shoes together. Everyone thought that this would be funny, so she was confident when she tried. Too bad for Susie, Bob kept up with his work regulations and listened to the feedback sheets, because of his last job. When Susie tried, Bob called the manager and things only went downhill afterwards. Susie was reported for sexual assault and got into big trouble with her manager and regional cooperate manager. <br><br>- Susie should have kept up on the rules and regulations of Burger King and sexual assault handbooks.<br><br>- Because of Susie's lack of Knowledge of her Workplace, she is now suspended from work for two weeks, and lost her Team Leader promotion.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>By: Martin Saalfrank<br><br>- Accepts direction, feedback and constructive criticism with positive attitude and uses information to improve work performance. Demonstrates flexibility when nature of work changes.&nbsp;<br><br>- When Susie came back to work after being suspended, she felt way out of place. A friend that owned the Wendy's down the street offered her a job. She kindly accepted it because she knew she would get a promotion quickly. This didn't settle well with Mark. Mark is Bob's brother and best friend. Bobs tells Mark what Susie is planning, and quickly tells the owner about her sexual assult charge. Mark's boss has a zero sexual assult policy. Mark told his boss about it And didn't hire her in the end. Now, Susie is depressedwithout a job and is in rehab. Susie accepted the decision by her boss and hopes to be a better employee.&nbsp;<br><br>- Susie should have followed up on the rules and finished the case in court to minimize her sentence.<br><br>- Now, Susie doesn't have a job and is having problems getting her life back together.
