What is being presented is a demonstration that I had preformed in my AP chem lab, allowing the students to visually one of the many chemical reaction we discuss in class. This not only allows us to apply the theory, but allows them to see the practical part of chemistry

When it comes to positive behavior strategy there are a few thing I do within my classroom. I've always believed that it starts with keeping the classroom clean so I make it a habit for my students to clean up the class at the end of each period. This little habit goes a long way to build that relationship with them, but also keeps them accountable on having them clean up after themselves.

As a way to maintain the classroom behavior, I set very clear routines for the class session. We always start off with the bell work which will then continue to our lesson in which the students take their notes, finally ending with them working as groups to finish the assigned classwork.

If at any moment they do not know what they are to be doing they have our common board which is in the right of the image, an agenda of sorts.
