My mother and father had three boys and one girl(me of course) and every year around Christmas and our birthdays are presents never consisted of me having baking ovens and the boys having action figures. Only one incidence I remember one time my mom and dad bought me a barbie and I ripped her head out and tried to hide it under the couch. By that time my parents got the hint that I did not like them. Instead we would get roller blades, bikes, and nintendo games. I remember my dad would by video tapes of sing along and we would all sit and watch over and over again. I was very competitive when it came to my brothers and always willing to do things they could like climbing trees, or even joining karate school with them. My parents allowing me to be myself led me to the path I am today and also Independent. Hilda Murrias
