         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Contrast Virtual and Face to face team</p><p>-In virtual team, the team is lack of clear goals, direction or priorities. This is because the team is tougher to communicate with and inform team members who are geographically dispersed. For example, they will e-meeting to discuss some goals that they need to achieved but sometimes they can really remember the goals and this will cause them lack of clear goals.</p><p>-The second point of the virtual team is lack of clear roles among team members. This is because the team cannot know each other very well
and they will misunderstood the task role that they need to play in their team. For example, the team members will not clear roles among team members as they cannot divide the tasks properly and not discuss which part should they do.</p><p>-The third point of virtual team is lack of cooperation and trust. This is because the team members will not each other and they cannot trust others since they are didn’t know their team members. For example, they will not cooperation with their team members and trust their team members as they never meet each other and they are difficult to discuss their tasks
together.</p><p>-In face-to-face team, the team will has effectiveness of meeting. This is because in face-to-face team, the will have meetings which is the leader face-to-face the team members. For example, the team members will
clearly know the goals that they need to achieve as they have the face-to-face meetings and they can ask any question easily to the leader.</p><p>-The second point of the face-to-face team is a personal touch. This is because the team members will know their leader ad their colleagues. For example, they will have a very good relationship with their leader and colleagues as they know each other and they will work together to achieve
the goals and helps each other in work.</p><p>-The third point of face-to-face team is nonverbal communication. This is because they will have some action which is prove they is nonverbal communication. For example, they will take care of the leader and the team members and they will eat lunch together or they will meet each other
to discuss about the tasks. </p></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Traits of  Good Team Player</p><p>Team players are the people of team that
working for an organization. Good team player is a person who can work well or mix well with other people in an organization. All organizations prefer to have more good team players to achieve their goals and perform well.</p><p>a) Willing to share everything with their team players such as information, experience, knowledge, opinions and perceptions. </p><p>When they share information they are able to come out with better ideas because all of them are sharing different ideas. The team players can be closer and know each other better if they share their experiences, knowledge. After they know each other better, they can discuss about their work comfortably. Usually the good team players respect each other and are a good listener when they are performing or giving their opinions. </p><p>b) Know how to admit when they are wrong.</p><p>This point is very important for team players. When all of team players don’t want to admit that they are wrong and say they are right, this team cannot success and not able to work continuously. The reason why they cannot work together is because they do not listen to other team players, they don’t know how to discuss together and they think all the other team players opinions are wrong so at the end, they end up with fight each other. To be good team players, they should know how to admit when they are wrong.</p><p>c)Have a good team player leader.</p><p>Good team player leaders can lead their team players to achieve their goals. They are fair to every team player and help them to come out with new and effective ideas. Firstly, the good team player leaders will help the team players to find what their strength is and give them the works that they can focus on their strength so that the team can work even faster and easier. </p><p>d)Be active when listening to others.</p><p>Listen actively is very effective for the teams to function well, problem solving and communication.When the team players listen actively when the other team players are speaking, they can absorb the ideas

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Suggest  Types of Leadership Style</p><p>-Leadership styles have six types of leadership styles which are authoritarian leadership style, paternalistic leadership style, democratic leadership style, laissez-faire leadership style transactional leadership style, and transformational leadership style. </p><p>-This six of the types of leadership styles have their own different between each other.</p><p>-The type of leadership style I suggest to implement in the museum that we had visited on 17 November 2015 is Democratic leadership style. </p><p>-The reason I had choose democratic leadership style is because it is consists of the leader sharing the decision-making abilities with group members by promoting the interest of the
group members and by practicing social equality. </p><p>-The advantages of democratic
leadership style is communication gap is reduced. For example, the tension between leadership and team members will decrease. This is because the leader of museum will discuss with team members as the task that the leader will give the team members. And in this way, they can preserving heritage of museum. &nbsp;</p><p>-The second advantage of
democratic leadership style is a positive work environment is created. For example, the leader of museum will have good relationship with team members. In this situation, the work environment will become much better because the leader
of museum and team members can share their opinion to each other and they would have tension between each other so they will work in a positive work environment. Also, they can preserving heritage of museum by this leadership style.</p><p>-The other advantage of democratic leadership style is the team will have a good result in their outcome. This is because they can do their task in team work and help each other as the team members will ask the permission or opinion form their leader
and after they discuss about the task they will have a great result in their outcome. To preserving heritage, the leader of museum and the team members can reached the goal by this leadership style too.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Suitable types of work teams in the related working environment</p><p>Teams work together to accomplish a common goal.Teams are a part of business. They make things, accomplish tasks, provide services, offer advice and seek to meet other goals.Nowadays, more and more companies are incorporating teams—of a variety of sizes and types—into their workflows.It’s definitely a good idea for any business leader to understand the types of teams and the distinctions among them. Different ways to break teams into categories exist, but the following are a few common ways to think about them. There are few types of work teams, and some of them may be applicable for &nbsp;the National Museum to preserve our heritage. In my opinion, I think the suitable types of work team for it is functional team and leadership team. First, Functional team is the team that performs in an organization particularly. They involve members from the identical department or work area who meets regularly. A manager holds the dominant responsibility, with subordinates reporting to this person.&nbsp; The manager can divide members into different group according to their ability; this could help in their working environment. Next, leadership team means that management takes a strategic role in guiding business decisions. They are made up of leaders from varied departments. The goals of leadership teams are generally aligned with the mission and vision of the company.</p></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><p>Recommend practical interpersonal communication for leaders and followers in terms of effective leadership</p><p>·&nbsp;Preparation.</p><p>The most important thing for practical interpersonal communication is preparation. Firstly, you should think first before you say something. Even though it is short daily interaction, you must organize what you want to say, what the main topic is and confirm with your mind. And also need to consider what the audiences
wants to know and try best to send the message of what do you want to say to the audiences.</p><p>·&nbsp;Be honest to yourself. </p><p>When you are performing and you suddenly cannot remember or you don’t know the answer, just tell audiences that you will back again. Don’t just simply create the answer or avoid the situation. The answer should be simple and clear so the audiences can
understand easier and can remember.</p><p>·Influencing.</p><p>The person who can influence other people would be believable. If the influencer is not believable the people would not want let them help solve the problems and achieve goals for them. All the best influencers have perfect combination of interpersonal, communication, presentation and assertiveness skills. The wrong
thinking of influencers is that, they think they are good at adapting and modifying their personal style so it will suit the needs of the situation or the audience. Its forcing people to do what you want not influence people. It
will damage the relationship of the team and decrease the productivity. Sometimes
you can get used to your own personal style or pattern of communicating that
you don't think of how it is being received by others. Becoming a better influencer means first knowing the impact you have on others.</p></p>]]></description>
