Multiple perspectives have the potential to deepen our understanding of cultures. Today I was wondering how big influence has language on comunication, understanding and intercultural dialoge. I was trying to change some products in supermarket and it was so difficult to explane to the lady there. On the first lesson we studied a little bit french by the sea. This island and the sea around  is amazing. Every time it has something new to show us to make us understand the life and culture of Guadeloupe better. Here are many religions represented: christianity, hinduism, islamic. We saw  today a hindu tempel . Almost every village has its own church. Thinking about the background of the people we can see the daily life multiculturalism every where.
We had a lovely meal at the local restaurant. We had an opportunity to taste local fresh food. In the afternoon we went to the water falls - what a view.
At last but not least we went to swim to the hot spring! This was something - great experience. 
On the way back we had a chance to make some shopping. I found couple of cd local music! I hope so, because I think today I saw so many beautiful views and experienced many memorable moments. In the morning we drove down to the dark sand beach. The waves were high, and we were floating in the sea, laughing. 
The waterfalls were great, too. But most amazing was the hot bath we found in the middle of nowhere, after long and sweaty walk. There we were, bunch of ladies from different cultures, enjoying the smooth warm water of Guadeloupe waterfalls. Thoughts about culture? World is getting smaller, you realize that when you walk in the shopping center, like we did at the end of the day.
