Ingredients:

Recipe:

Make the Jowl Cook, then pick up the greasy and make It rest. Then start to Cook the pasta and in the meantime make the cream. So put in a Bowl some yolks and some pecorino Cheese, then add some Pepper and mix with a bit of cooking water till It becomes a cream. When the pasta Is ready put It in the Jowl greasy and with the Fire off add the cream, the Jowl and mix.

PREPARATION
to make your Tiramisù,separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with a hand mixer, adding sugar. Then add the mascarpone and you'll have a dense cream. Put the soft whites with mascarpone cream. Arrange the coffee soaked ladyfingers in the dish. Add a layer of mascarpone cream. At the last sprinkle over the unsweetened cocoa powder. Leave the tiramisù to set in the fridge. The tiramisù is ready

180 g 00 flour
200ml milk
3 eggs
170 g sugar
80 ml seed oil
8 g baking powder for desserts
1 lemon


We beat the eggs by adding a pinch of salt which will make them more frothy, we also add the sugar and work everything with the whisk for 10 minutes.

Add the sifted flour a little at a time and mix gently with a spatula without letting the dough deflate.

Hot Milk Cake

We must carry out this operation in at least 3 steps to allow the dough to incorporate and not deflate

Mix until completely absorbed.
Heat the milk just with the oil
Place two or three tablespoons of mixture in another bowl and add the hot milk, mix with a pastry whisk.
Pour the second mixture into the first one a little at a time and mix gently
Let's be careful when doing this operation, it must be delicate otherwise it will deflate
Add the lemon zest
We mix well
Pour the mixture into a baking tray with baking paper underneath but do not butter the sides.

Bake at 180° for 30-40 minutes. Once ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely, then remove it from the pan and serve it with a sprinkling of icing sugar.

You will see that the Hot Milk Cake will win you over!

Very soft two-tone plumcake without butter

ingredients:
3 eggs
175 g Sugar
130 ml Sunflower seed oil
150 ml Milk
120 g 00 flour
60 g bitter cocoa powder
1 sachet baking powder for desserts
to taste Powdered sugar to decorate

Preparation
1-In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

2-Pour in the sunflower seed oil, milk and continue blending.

3-Add the flour a little at a time and finally the baking powder, mix everything.

4-Divide the mixture into two bowls, add the bitter cocoa to one of the two and blend, if necessary add a little milk.

5-Line a plum cake mold with baking paper, pour the two mixtures inside and cook in a preheated ventilated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes. After 30 minutes, do the toothpick test.

6-Bake from the oven, leave to cool well, decorate with icing sugar and serve the very soft two-coloured plum cake without butter.
