         <description><![CDATA[<div>Leadership focus and vision to show and establish rapport with all involved. Also communication has to clear and precise. Important factor also is that - in case of changing to digital footpring in ordering, delivering, cooking, etc. the "old way" has to be demolished so there is no "going back" to the old system.  It has to be a mind change and cultural change throughout the organization - you can still make delicious food and pies with the assistance of digital aid - the art of cooking remains the same and people are still in charge.</div>]]></description>
