It started off strictly as the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company, but later would branch off. This is a conversation between Cyrus and his brother William (other brother is Leander).

William: Hey Cyrus, how's the business going?

Cyrus: It's going very well actually. I've already produced 16,000 reapers and other farm machinery. My total assets are at around $1 million.

William: Really? That's really good! I'm so proud of you.

Cyrus: Thanks Will, and speaking of the business, I think I'm going to need some help.

William: What kind of help?

Cyrus: Well, I'm not always in Chicago, so I was thinking I'd have you and Leander become partners to form the C.H. McCormick and Bro company, which will be part of my original company.

William: Are you serious Cyrus? Thanks so much! It means a lot!

Cyrus: Yeah, no problem. It will overall help and give us more manpower and will help us out a lot of the industry. The reaper is only going to get bigger with this business.

Cyrus had looked up to his father, wanting to be like him. Robert, was an inventor, and had owned his own farm. Harvesting at the time had been very rough, as everything was done by hand in the mid 1800s. So, Robert would try and attempt to create the mechanical reaper to make harvesting easier. However, he did not fully complete this, and since Cyrus looked up to him, he went on to create and complete the mechanical reaper. With that said, he would have a picture of his father on his phone because if it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have been able to create the mechanical reaper, which would later start his business.

Another picture that Cyrus would have on his phone would be of his brother, Leander. Leander was close to Cyrus and would take a part in one of Cyrus' businesses which would sell harvesting equipment. Cyrus cared for his brother Leander and always wanted the best for him.

Lastly, Cyrus would have a picture of his great invention, the mechanical reaper. This was his main invention that sparked his success and allowed him to start his own business, so h would most definitely have a picture of it in his gallery.

Cyrus McCormick was an inventor, mainly known for his works on the mechanical reaper, which was a piece of farming equipment that was used to harvest crops mechanically. It really allowed farmers to work with more ease and efficiency. Even after creating the reaper, he would continue to form a business that would make and create these and sell them.

He wasn't the original person to try and create this. In fact, it was actually his father who first made an attempt to make the mechanical reaper to reduce the workload on his farm. Cyrus had wanted to follow in his footsteps, and so he did, except he came up successful with creating the mechanical reaper.

Thus saying, Cyrus McCormick's background would be an image of his mechanical reaper.

This song talks about harvesting, which is one of the things that Cyrus McCormick was big into, as he created the mechanical reaper to help with harvesting crops. I feel like he would have this song since it is about harvesting throughout seasons, and that's exactly what Cyrus wanted to help with (harvesting).

"We gets up in the morn and we sound the harvest horn, our master is honest for to mind, first things we take in hand is the stopper from the can, so each man can drink until the bottom he find, then each man do take his part and work with hand and heart, while the glorious sun do shine, do shine while the glorious sun do shine." This song talks about harvesting and how everyone contributes and enjoys harvesting. Although McCormick wasn't exactly only a harvester, he did create something that would help with harvesting, so he would listen to this song to take pride in what he had done for people, making harvesting easier.

This song, if you look closely into the lyrics, basically talks about making inventions and innovations and doing new things, such as making a computer that can survive underwater. Which, Cyrus did something no one else had done, creating the mechanical reapers. These two things are important to do while harvesting, and is something Cyrus would use to help him out on his father's farm, and would be very useful for him to use, since it does deal with harvesting

The Let's Get Inventing App is an app where you get to basically create inventions, as well as modify current inventions. Since Cyrus McCormick had been a big inventor, he would use this app to try and come up with new invention ideas and improve upon others. This app is perfect for Cyrus McCormick and will allow him to create new things.
