Erasmus mobility- Wolbrom, Poland by

Today we started our Erasmus+ mobility trip to Poland, to a town called Wolbrom. We left early in the morning at 7 a.m. by van. During the trip, we passed through Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic before arriving in Poland. We made a few stops along the way, including in Hungary and the Czech Republic, where we also had something to eat. In the afternoon, we finally arrived in Wolbrom. We greeted our friends and then checked into our hotel.

On Sunday we started a long journey by van to Wolbrum, we traveled for 10 hours, we passed through Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We arrived in Poland at 5 p.m. and checked into our rooms. We unpacked and went for a walk around the city.

To day we woke up and brekfast was waiting for us at 9:30 AM. After that, we went on foot to the school. At thr school we played many games there and explored the whole school. I apsolutley adored they're school, I had a lot of fun!

Today we started our journey to Wolbron at around 7:00 AM. Traveling by van we passed through Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic. We traveled almost the entire day and arrived at our hotel at around half past 5 PM. After settling into our rooms we went for a walk and ate ice cream on the city square. The trip was very interesting and fun.

This morning I woke up, and we set off at 7 a.m. from our school. We traveled by van, and it took us more than 10 hours to reach the hotel. On the way, we passed through Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. I also tried Czech McDonald’s for the first time. It was an unforgettable experience for the first day of the trip.

We started our trip to Poland at 7:00 AM in the morning. We set off by a van and trave traveled trough 3 different countries. First was Hungary, then slovakia and the last one is the Czech Republic where we ate Mc Donald's which was very different from ours back in Croatia. The trip took us about 10 and a half hours to complete before we finally got here in Wolbrom at about 17:30 PM. We setteled into our hotel which was to me amazing. And to finišu the day off, we walked around Wolbrom a bit and found out its beautiful square.

Today we had breakfast around half past 9 AM and after we visited the school. Once arriving we were given a presentation. After that we participated in some ice breaking activities to get to know each other and were given a tour of the school, it was very good looking. Then we were given a tour of Wolbrom, it's a very beautiful city. When the tour was finished we went back to our hotel and had lunch around 5 PM and then hung out with some of the polish students. It was pretty fun.

Today, after we woke up, we went to have breakfast. After that, we went to a Polish school, where we first attended a welcome ceremony. Then we took part in different activities. After the activities, the Polish students showed us around their school, and then we went on a short tour of the city. Later, we went for lunch, and after that we spent time having fun and relaxing in our rooms.

On Monday we woke up and went to breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and we had a lot to choose from. After breakfast we went to school in Wolbrum for the first time. The school is very big. We played various games at school to get to know each other better. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very hot. After the games and visiting the schools we went on a tour of the city. At 5 pm we had a nice lunch. After that we rested, walked and hung out in the rooms.

As soon as we woke up, we went for breakfast and ate. Then we went to their school and I realized that their school is much more modern than ours. After touring the school and playing some interesting introductory games, we went on a tour of Wolbrom, and later we went out with our Polish friends.

Today we went to the polish primary school yet again. We firstly presented and listened to Greek and Italian culture. We also were the only ones to bring Croatian snacks. After the presentations into countries coltures we went outside to their football field and did some excersize and did tug of war, hoppig in a bag and did some running. After the exhausting school stay we went to our rooms and then went to lunch and that was our sports day at the Wolbrom primary school.

Today we visited the school and learned about the traditions of the other countries in the project. Later we had a workshop about making traditional polish food, we even tried some. It was very tasty. Next we participated in sports activities, like tug of war and hopping in a bag. Our teacher BETRAYED us by joining the opposing teams side, i was distraught. After the activities we went back to our hotel. Later we went to get lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant, it was very tasty.

Today we visited school. We listened to presentations about greek, italian and polish culture. We also presented our presentations. We brought croatian snacks for students to try. After we went to hotel rest for a bit. Then we went to lunch. After lunch we hangout with the students from greece.

Today, after breakfast, we went to school where we presented our presentations about culture. After that, we went outside and took part in different activities, like rope pulling and sack races. Later, we went for lunch and then returned to the hotel. In the evening, we all spent time together and watched a football match.

Today, after breakfast, we went to school where we listened to and presented presentations about our country. We listened to Polish culture, customs and food and tried traditional Polish food. After the presentation, we had physical activities where we ran, did various exercises and played games. Afterwards, we all went to lunch together at a Vietnamese restaurant. After that, we returned to the hotel and had fun with friends from other countries.

We woke up and went down for breakfast. After that, we went again to their school, and each school had to present its culture and traditions. We also went to a Vietnamese restaurant and tried something new, and I can say that I was delighted. Later, we were all in our rooms, and together with our friends from Greece and Italy, we watched a football match.

Today we visited the concentration camp Auschwitz. We traveled by bus and arrived at around 1 pm to Auschwitz I. It was a very intriguing yet unsettling experience hearing about all the horrible ways the prisoners kept there were treated. Later we went to Auschwitz II - Birkenau. Most of it lies destroyed, but the parts that aren't truly tell a story. It's horrible to even imagine how it must've been having to live in those wooden barracks. Overall today was interesting, tiring and mildly disturbing.

Today we woke up and ate brekfast at 9:00 AM, wich is later than usual. Today was also a special day. We went to the Wolbrom school to listen and watch a few videos about the concentration camp Auschwitz. We first went to the first Auschwitz wich had a lot of iconic brick prisoner buildings and the entrence to the camp. After that, we went to the other Auschwitz Birkenau and we saw the famous grand entrence with a railway leading to it. We saw the fences with electrecuting wires strong up to 740 volts. We walked a lot today, but also learned alot of history behind Auschwitz. The journey today lasted from 10:00AM to 7:00PM.

Today we had a trip to the Auschwitz concentration camp. We started the day with breakfast and going to school. At school we had a short lecture about Auschwitz and then we went there by bus. Touring the camp was educational but also shocking because of all the things we heard. After a three-hour tour we went to dinner at McDonald's and to the hotel. When we got to the hotel we went to the store and hung out at the hotel.

Today we went to school, where we listened to a short presentation about Auschwitz. After that, we visited the Auschwitz museum. First, we went to Auschwitz I, and then to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The visit was quite emotional, especially for me because of the children’s shoes, but I think it was important to see it. After that, we had lunch and returned to the hotel.

Today we visited the school for the last time. At the school we listened to a presentation about European day. Afterwards there was a ceremony and we were given certificates. Then we danced to some traditional songs. We had lunch in the school cafeteria at around 1:35 PM. It was delicious. At around 5 we were at the school again, but this time we had a party. It was nice. I danced, ate some good food, and played a game similar to table football with my friend (and managed to lose 8 times). In short, today was a very fun and exciting day.

Today was the last day at the Wolbrom primary school. As we entered the school, we were told to go to the big Gym and listen to the presentation about the European Day. After that, we had to anwser some queations about the presentation and a few more about Poland. We danced a little bit and ate lunch in their school cafeteria. We were back at the hotel at about 2 PM, and had to be back at the school at 5 PM. We had a party for the last day at the school and danced while eating snacks. One thing i forgot is that we had our certifications for the Erasmus+ stay.

The day started like any other. We woke up, brushed our teeth, and went for breakfast. Then we headed to school, where we had a lecture about Auschwitz, which we later visited. It is a place that left a deep impact on my heart in a negative way because I cannot believe what people are capable of doing to others. For dinner, we ate McDonald’s, and later we all watched a football match together again.

Today was our last day at the Polish school. We had a lot of fun, sang songs, and danced together. After that, we had a certificate ceremony, and everyone signed a T-shirt that we gave to the school as a gift. Later in the afternoon, we went to a party and spent one last evening having fun together.

Today we had various activities at school related to European Day. We watched films about the history of Europe and played a quiz. After the quiz there was dancing to the songs of each country and the distribution of certificates. We had a very nice lunch at school. Afterwards we went to the hotel to rest for the party that was in the evening. At the beginning of the party I thought it would be boring but later I had a great time, maybe even the most fun thing this week. After the party we went to the store and we hung out with our other friends for the last time.

We woke up and, of course, went downstairs for breakfast and then headed to school. At school, we danced and received certificates for this Erasmus program. After that, we had lunch in their cafeteria, and I can say that I was delighted. I really like their cuisine. Then we went to our rooms and rested, and later we went to their disco. In the evening, it was our friends’ last night, and we all spent time together one last time.

Today we visited Krakow. It's a very beautiful city with great architecture and interesting history. After the Krakow tour we stopped by the a shopping center and had lunch there. Then afterwards we had some free time.

On the last day, we woke up and went down early for breakfast. Then we headed together to Krakow, where we had a one-day . Later, we went to eat at KFC, and then we accompanied our friends from Greece and Italy to the bus so they could get their things, and then we said goodbye. I was very sad when we parted because we had become very close and became true friends. Then we returned to Wolbrom with the Polish students.After that, we celebrated Nora’s 15th birthday.

Today, after breakfast, we went by bus to Krakow. We explored the city centre and visited two churches. After we finished sightseeing, we went to a shopping centre where we also had lunch. After that, we returned, and our Polish friends came to say goodbye to us. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

Today was a special day. It was the last active day in the erasmus+ project. We were on our way to the second biggest city of Poland, Krakow. We started the drive from Wolbrom to Krakow at about 9 AM and arrived at about 11 AM. When we got there we had an amazing tour guide with a brittish accent. Firstly, we visited the small square at the entrance wich had a memorial status that was rebuilt after World War II. Then, we crossed the street to the amazing stone-brick fortress built in the 1400s. We walked over to the huge wall with a tower, and inside the tower stood a passege way to the main part of Krakow. After walking some more we visited St. Mary's Cathedral, the big mall-like suvenier shops. And last but not least, the huge fortress of Krakow with a castle on it. On our way back, we seperated from Italians and Greeks. I had a lovley time at Krakow ans loved it to the last minute. When we were back at the hotel, we had a party and celebrated Nora's birthday.

Today we had an early breakfast and went to Krakow. We were in Krakow almost the whole day. We saw the city center, visited two churches and a shopping center. We had free time for lunch, visiting shops and buying souvenirs. packed our bags. At the end of the day, we celebrated Nora's birthday.

This is the last day of our trip. We got up early in the morning so we could leave as soon as possible. I can't believe our trip is ending now. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to go, see, learn and make new friends. I am sorry that it is all over now. I am grateful for all the friendships and memories that I will remember for a long time. This trip is one of my most beautiful memories from elementary school.
