We started by doing some warm up activites that got us more comfortbale with each other and to help ease the nerves for the lesson. 

We focussed on story making and story telling using a variety of different activities. We were required to share a story we knew and then we had to try and make it more interesting and emphasise certain aspects of the story. We foccused on the acronym 'BEST' which is Body, Energy, Space and Time. The main activity that stuck with me was creating our own dances without any intsructions to then using the acronym to change the routines we had created. We did many interesting activites, a personal favourite of mine was dance whispers which got everyone up and concentrating. We foccused on making the noise of a storm, stomping our feet, clapping and rubbing our hands as well as clicking.
