And in my opinion it is more important and people should care about their mental health the most.<br><br>There are a lot of mental disorders that people can struggle with. Some of them aren't that harmful, but there are ones that can make your life harder to live. And that is the topic of our discussion today. One of the hardest mental problem to deal with. But if they persist and affect our lives substantially, the issue may be depression.<br><br>Depression is the main cause of disability worldwide, according to the World Health Organization. It can affect adults, adolescents, and children. <br><br>Depression is a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is different from the mood fluctuations that people regularly experience as a part of life.        </div>]]></description>

However, doctors only consider feelings of grief to be part of depression if they persist. Every simple thing that can make you sad can also make you depressed.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There are a range of ways to deal with depression, and often they are best used in conjunction with each other.<br><br>All goals are worthy of recognition, and all successes are worthy of celebration. When you achieve a goal, do your best to recognize it.<br><br>If <a href="https://www.healthline.com/health/depression/recognizing-symptoms">depressive symptoms</a> disrupt your daily routine, setting a gentle schedule may help you feel in control. But these plans don’t have to map out an entire day.<br><br>Do everything you enjoy. Do sports, listen to music, play on some music instruments, go out and spend your day in the best way.<br><br>And the most important is to communicate with people. Never be alone. Talk with your friends, do things with your friends, help you friends, but try to never stay alone.</div>]]></description>
