         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ear is the sensory organ<br><br>Ear can be sectioned into three which is outer, middle, inner<br><br></div><div>Parts and Functions<br><br>Pinna - collect sound waves and directs them into auditory canal<br><br>Auditory canal - send sound waves to ear drum<br><br>Ear drum - vibrates as the same sound frequency and transfers them to the ossicles<br><br>Ossicles - magnifies the vibrations and send them to the oval window<br><br>Eustachian tubes - balanced the air pressure inside and outside the ear drum<br><br>Oval window - transfer the vibration to the cochlea<br><br>Cochlea - converts vibrations to the nerve impulses<br><br>Auditory nerve - send the nerve impulses to brain to be interpreted as sound<br><br>Semicircular canals - help body maintance its balance</div>]]></description>
