         <title>You can monitor that classroom procedures are being followed by two indicators: 1. Are the students following the rules and procedures? 2. Do the rules and procedures lead to increased learning for: the individual student having a deeper understanding of the lesson. 2. More students are learning to a higher level. 3. The class as a whole operates more efficiently and has learned to a level 3.</title>
