         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bullies are people who tend to be as harsh as they can towards others, usually people they see as "weaker" or "easy targets".  "A bully is someone who is overbearing or cruel. The aim of bullying is to cause embarrassment and humiliation in the subject" (Health 4.6). <br><br>They tend to have issues of their own that they try and feel better about by bullying. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> "However, since bullying is a behavior aimed at choosing someone who appears weak and then intimidating him or her further, there are some techniques that can help stave off bullies" (Health 4.6). <br><br>- Stand strong and look confident<br>- Don't be afraid to make eye contact<br>- Try to remain in or close to public areas<br>- Stay close to friends<br>- Get out of the situation ASAP<br>- Tell someone who can help<br><br>Bullies can be difficult to deal with, but there are ways (like the ones above) to do so. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Bullying can really hurt someone in the long run, even if they don't seem like it's bothering them at all. " Even in its non-physical forms, bullying and harassment are meant to intimidate and terrorize the victim" (Health 4.6)<br><br> If you are being bullied, or know someone who is, try to talk to an adult or trusted person immediately about the situation. It can take a serious toll on their mental health and they can turn to some very unfavorable solutions. </div>]]></description>
