This video is of a reporter who believed that David Milgaard was wrongfully convicted at the age of 17. In 1969 David Milgaard and three of his friends (Albert Cadrain, Ron Wilson, and Nicole John) went driving in the city of Saskatoon  to find drugs. What they thought was going to be a fun teenager filled evening turned into a night of living hell for David Milgaard. This video contains shocking information that will also make you believe that David Milgaard is innocent. I believe that the Saskatoon police department wanted to close this case as quickly as possible. How is that fair to the suspect? By the time the supreme Judge Kim Campbell accepted David Milgaard's appeal which fianlly free'd David Milgaard. After 23 years in prison, the court decided to take DNA samples from David Milgaard and from Larry Fisher. In the end Larry Fisher's DNA was found on Gail Millers clothing the night of her murder. Also, larry lived 1 km from the murder site. Please explain to me how it took 23 years to discover who's DNA on Gail's clothing? The court had false statments from Ron Wilson, Nicole John and from Albert Cadrain. Then years later they confessed that they lied in their earlier statements. 23 years go by? This journal entry is important to this case because we discover that linda actually accused her husband of murdering Gail Miller the morning after her body was discovered. Linda immedialtey tells her story on why she believes Larry did it. The important piece in this entry is when Linda states "My knife is missing, it was probably you who took it and murdered that Gail Miller". What to do? Do you tell the truth, or are you to scared to become a suspect so you create a story that completely expels you from the equation? That is exactly what Ron Wilson, Nicole John, and Albert Cadrain did to there so called friend David. Its funny to read, because they all told many different stories to police. When Nicole was asked to describe her testimonies in court infront of the judge, she denied all of them. She kept repeating "I do not remember say anything to the police". Albert Cadrain used the excuse of "I was high on drugs at that time I gave my statement"! For someone who didn't have a criminal record, you would think something that traumitzing would be shown on his face? But Milgaard wasn't nervous or scared when he got back to the car as he was innocent. In the articles you will read he helped 2 fellow residents in saskatoon who were stuck in the snow, just near there car. She faught long and hard with the police, the court and lawyers to proce her sons innocence. Joyce went to reporters, hunted down the judge Kim Campbell severall times in person to speak about her sons case. Joyce will live on to be an inspirtation as will her son.
