1. Finding firewood🔥
2. Cold was unspeakable ❄️
3. Shrieking winds 💨
4. Penetrate bones 
5. Heavy rains making the mountains covered by limestone greasy☔️
6. Impossible to keep your feet with grip on the floor even after 30 minutes of rain
7. Most of the men were underclad 
8. Clothes, boots, blankets and rifles were covered with mud
9. Had to find proper vegetation 
10. Scavenging for fuel if we were not doing anything ⛽️ 
11. Climbing almost perpendicular slopes ⛰
12. We were permanently dirty
13. A litre of water per person a day 💦 (only for drinking)
14. Not enough water per person for drinking and washing up
15. Rats and mice near sleeping spot 🐭
