Suspension makes people ask them questions that will make them waiting, for example, what will happen if the man goes behind the door. Russel thinks about suspense but she also thinks about characters and dramatic irony and when to use it in a scenario. My idea of horror genre is that they aren't ever all the same, sure they have some similarities or the same concept but the plot or setting may change depending on the topic.
