    • Prefer more technical content covered

    • Ends up being very short (1 hour)

    • Spend the first half of the Fall preparing for the configuration with suggestions from Aaron.

    • Reason: make it easier & quicker for students

  • Training

    • Identify which curriculum to teach based on

    • Outsiders are the real expert;

    • We are THE cool relatable folks people who help students understand AI

  • Outreach to students in other majors

    • PR: Instagram, LinkedIn building

    • Set up a table at popular places around campus -> "Ask us anything about AI"

      • Great introduction to people about the club

      • AI is a hot topic nowadays in all fields (even discussed in NEXUS's event with professors)

      • Post cool questions on libertybiberty once a week to increase exposure :)

    We won't be able to attract students if we start from the 6th week. Students are most impressionable & flexible in the first 2 weeks. It's the time they decide which club to stick to.

    => Preparation should be done partially in the summer to kick off with less delay.

    • Brainstorm event (kick off 1 big event with a speaker 2nd week of school or so, etc.)

    • Set up the hardware

    • Start an Instagram/ LinkedIn page for the club

    So that it only needs an extra week or so to prepare next semester.
