It also makes educator understand that there is no one approach to teaching and that every child has his own learning style

2. It helps teachers to identify the different intelligence in the classroom and helps them plan the appropriate strategies to give them the best possible learning experiences. The different intelligences act as a guide when planning the curriculum as well.

1. MI helps to motivate students in early literacy. It impacts the support that educators provide to their students to maximise their fullest development of each individual child.

2. Educators can tap on children's strengths and weaknesses while planning their lessons. For example, when storybooks were read in class, teachers can incorporate felt board, group role-play, and chant. Teachers can use different teaching approaches to cater to the different needs of the children.

1. MI has impacted the EL teaching in terms of how to go about accommodating to the different learning styles since there has been a rise in learners learning in different ways.
It brings EL to a light that it should be taught in various ways instead of learners adhering to the "traditional" EL way (Linguistic).

2. It serves as a guideline for teachers to plan their lesson for the different learning styles in the classroom, giving them enriching experiences. In addition, it helps the teacher to give a more accurate <del>assessment </del> evaluation/observation of the child's learning and development.

1. Applying MI to EL lessons, require teachers to tap on each child's individual strength/learning style, in this case referring to their strongest intelligence. Although it does not necessarily mean an improvement in academic results, the children will take more interest and be more motivated to learn literacy in day-to-day lessons.

2. Teachers have to decide how they want to assess the children.
Before- To find out each child's intelligence
After- To assess if the children have met the literacy objectives

Thereafter, the teacher has to integrate the different intelligence of the students into her lesson/curriculum.
For example, adding elements of movements to cater to children with high bodily-kinaesthetic intelligence into a literacy activity such as reading.

HOW DOES MI IMPACT EL?
- It has caused a lot of changes in terms of the way English Literacy has been taught to learners. For example, the test-teach-test and situational learning methods.

HOW DOES MI INFORM EL TEACHING & LEARNING DESIGN?
- Process: the teacher can design lessons to cater to the different learning styles of the children. For example, the teacher can design lessons that requires movement for the kinesthetic learners. At the same time, those who are not kinesthetic learners can be paired up with those who are more competent.

1. It impacts the implementation of the lessons to cater to the different learning styles of children. Children with different MI understand the context differently. For instance, those who are visual, linguistic, auditory learners learn better in classroom setting which most early literacy lessons are being done in rather than those children who need hands-on experiences such as bodily-kinesthetic learners.

2. With MI, teachers are able to get to know children's strengths and weaknesses in which they will be able to cater to majority or each children's learning depending on the situation so that children will be able to learn more efficiently and effectively.

1. MI impacts on how the lessons will be carried out so as to accommodate to the various MI in the classroom in which teachers can tap on each child's strength to assist in their understanding of EL.

2. In a multiple intelligence classroom, teachers would have to create a flexible lesson plan in order suit children of different MIs, in order to do so, teachers could assess the children's different MI and incorporate different approaches to accommodate more children's MI. By having learning corners dedicated to the different MIs could help as well.
