What also catches my eye right at first is your senior title and the many years of experience you have with one company. This shows dedication and value you provide to the organization.

One piece I would recommend is to add a more visual image to the first portfolio item that appears.

You can do this by Editing the portfolio item, then add a screenshot of the project for example.
