         <description><![CDATA[<div>As the librarian at Central last year (and at Emerson this year) I have been able to team teach tech lessons with classroom teachers. At Central it was part of the position. Now I am able to do it as I can fit it in around my schedule. This was an invaluable tool for helping tech-ready teachers grow, as well as supporting tech-wary teachers. It really ensured better equity of tech skills that were taught classroom to classroom. Is there a way we can offer this within the new system as it is being envisioned?</div>]]></description>

We were also provided time to create materials that were immediately accessible for my students. I was able to take materials I created in FRTC to share with my colleagues and they were able to use them with their students too! Now, I have a wealth of new tools at my disposal and a huge number of students have been positively impacted.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our staff at CA has centralized our building devices to provide the most students access on a daily basis by sharing or splitting up carts. By just moving devices, more students are using and collaborating with together on a daily basis. In the primary classrooms, where students don't have typing skills, we have been using Flipgrid videos for student to demonstrate learning and opinions. The Flipgrid platform system is so student friendly that students were independently using it after 1 modeling session.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I don&#39;t feel our input is listened to, valued, or that anyone at the upper levels really cares about what we need.  The biggest barrier is not being listened to in regards to tech in the future.  Tech is much more than just an ELA tool.  Support at the district level is vital.  With a Tech levy just passed please don&#39;t eliminate the support we need.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the past 3 years, having students and parents being able to access Office 365, Canvas, &amp; Skyward at home and at school has been huge!&nbsp; We have a lot of teachers who don't feel comfortable using these tools but to the community... it is a huge advancement for students to be able to work on things at home without losing the bloody travel drive, the ability for parents to check grades on their phones, etc&nbsp; &gt;&gt; all are huge improvements from where we were 3 years ago.</div>]]></description>

Teachers are having to pick which content areas their students are using technology with. Along with access, we need to make it easier for teachers to try programs or new technology tools. We've had teachers want to try different web based tools but our filters block them or will not support there use. How will new resources be whitelisted and pushed out to the buildings facilities? We also need a technology on-boarding for new staff and resource document for staff that is located in an easily accessible location.</div>]]></description>
