Stress is a feeling of being overburdened that can be triggered by some event that makes you upset, angry, or anxious. Stress may be beneficial in certain situations, such as when it assists you in avoiding danger. Stress can cause serious health issues including heart disease, high blood pressure and long-term heart problems. Physical symptoms such as headaches can occur if you are extremely stressed. Emotional issues, depression, panic attacks, and more may all be caused by stress. The reason why I decided to write about stress is because it has such a significant effect on many aspects of our lives. It can affect our mood, energy level, and relationships. Stress can also lead to many health problems. As a result, we should be aware when we’re experiencing stress. Stress can be brought on by our everyday life activities. The first is a personal situation in which you are under lots of pressure. For instance, disease or injury, and pregnancy. Second, friends and family situations that arise because of major changes. Getting married, going through a break-up, and having complicated relationships with family and friends. Lastly, work and school situations, which include stressing about something and getting hard responsibilities, like losing or beginning a new job, exams, and deadlines

Name: Khadeejah Almutawaa
ID: 55602
Section : FEH

We can get rid of our stress problems in different ways. De-stressing may be easier than you think. There are different ways to overcome our problems. One of these methods is your ability to control your emotions. Because if anger or sadness is not controlled, the person will be more likely to be stressed. Another way is to increase self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the factors that control a person, for example, if a person is not sure of himself, he will not trust the people close to him, even his friends. So it will plague overthinking, depression and tension. Therefore, it is preferable for the person not to be alone and to begin to trust himself so that he trusts others to rely on them and feel comfortable when sitting with them. Also, anticipate or select many possibilities for a particular issue. Nobody should look at life or things with one look. He should expect everything, whether negative or positive so that he gets used to this thing and not be shocked when something bad or unsatisfactory happens. To sum up, it is very important to relieve our stress in order to live a better, happier and healthier life.

Name: Sarah Alshammari
ID: 54679
Section: FEH
