Leadership is when you give strength to others to suceed with you. It is having knowledge and helping others instead of believing you having power over everybody makes you a good leader. Leadership is not only having power but, it is having the responsebilities and knowing how to actually lead, instead of commanding. While overtime we learn from past mistakes and grown into a better version of themselves.

When having leadership there is many characteristics but the important ones are what make a good leader such as being honest. This is important because you have to be truthful to others and to yourself. You can not take credit over accomplishments you never accomplished. To be trusted by those who look up to you, you must have honesty to bond you two together. In saying so, you have to be completly honest even with mistakes. Although it is hard to admit them to get past them you must be truthful to yourself.

Another important trait would be communication. To actually be the best leader you must be able to communicate to others well and have connections with them. You must be able to communicate with others and know where they are struggling for you to help them. To able to figure others past mistakes and help them become a better version of themselves is the goal, while being a leader. To lead them to success and accomplishments what real leaders strive for. These accomplishments mean something more than just that to leaders, it means that what they've been doing is worth the time and energy.

Although there are many traits and skills I believe that passion must be something they must have. To actually want something and have your mind set towards that makes it seem that its really worth doing. Not only completing that task or challenge but helping others accomplish with you is what truly make a person a leader. A leader must be passionate about completing a task. I believe it helps them achieve their task to the best level possible.

Leadership Style

The leadership style I received was Democratic leadership. I agree with this because Democratic leadership is described as treating people all the same way and their main goal is to help group members reach personal goals. This best describes me because I, myself don't like it when people treat others because of their connection or relationship. This seems unfair and makes the leader look unprofessional . This can also lead to a problem in the job industry, for example a person could be terrible at their job but could keep moving up in their job positions which is the result of them having personal connections. This can be unfair with a hard worker who never got their promotion for their work they had done. I also believe that for a leader to feel fully accomplished they had to have helped others in the process with their own certain goal.

Although there is both weaknesses and strengths in the world, we have those qualitites that makes us stand out, those qualitites that shape you. My strengths are determination and confidence. I have determination because even if I fail or mess up, I make the better of it. If I were to fail a test I would be determined to improve myself on the subject. Also if I had not done a good job I would make sure to bypass it. Which brings me to my other strength, confidence, Something I didn't have all of my life. I noticed not having confidence was bringing me down. So I stood my ground and kept telling myself that my flaws were going to stay there but I had to have conifence and bypass it.

My weaknesses all come from one main source, which is self doubt. Although it is set to be a weakness, I see it as a flaw, something I could gradually improve in. This has been a problem my whole entire life, one way or the other I second guess myself in to thinking that I'm incorrect. For example, when I'm taking a test there is this voice that tells me that the answer choice is incorrect. This weakness keeps me from what I can trully be.
