I agree with this because Democratic leadership is described as treating people all the same way and their main goal is to help group members reach personal goals. This best describes me because I, myself don't like it when people treat others because of their connection or relationship. This seems unfair and makes the leader look unprofessional . This can also lead to a problem in the job industry, for example a person could be terrible at their job but could keep moving up in their job positions which is the result of them having personal connections. This can be unfair with a hard worker who never got their promotion for their work they had done. My strengths are determination and confidence. I have determination because even if I fail or mess up, I make the better of it. If I were to  fail a test I would be determined to improve myself on the subject. Also if I had not done a good job I would make sure to bypass it. Which brings me to my other strength, confidence, Something I didn't have all of my life. I noticed not having confidence was bringing me down. Although it is set to be a weakness, I see it as a flaw, something I could gradually improve in. This has been a problem my whole entire life, one way or the other I second guess myself in to thinking that I'm incorrect. For example, when I'm taking a test there is this voice that tells me that the answer choice is incorrect.
