This is known as mimicking. This means that if the baby was shown to be hateful towards others by people close to them, they will most likely start to express that hate. This article was chosen because it relates to the effects of pregnancy, but focused on the woman. A woman can experience several health complications, ranging from a complicated delivery to postpartum depression. A complicated delivery can also have effects on the baby. They could end up suffering from hypoxia because of the umbilical cord strangling them, which could damage neurological development and have consequences later on in life.

In class, we briefly reviewed that the amygdala is responsible for processing a variety of emotions, but in this case, the artist is referring to anxiety and fear. The amygdala can be used to help process constant traumatic events; in this case, Yoongi is asking his amygdala to “save him” from the events he’s experienced. Synesthesia occurs when senses blend with each other. In this case, the woman in the video can see different colors appear in front of her when she plays different notes. This can show that the development of blending multiple senses can affect the way a person can see the world around them.
