         <description><![CDATA[<p>Jeffrey D. Leu is an accomplished investment and financial services professional who holds a bachelor of science in agricultural economics and a master of business administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Armed with his MBA, Jeffrey D. Leu relocated to Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he began working at Cargill in its Strategy and Business Development Group.</p><p>Mr. Leu leadership positions with CarVal Investors, culminating in roughly 15 years as the company’s president. When he accepted this post in 1993, the company had about $100 million in assets. When he retired from CarVal in 2008, the company supported a global network of 10 offices and managed assets that exceeded $10 billion.</p><p>Since 2015, Jeffrey D. Leu has served as a partner in McGinty Road Partners, which he founded. This Minneapolis-based opportunistic credit fund has a diversified focus on heavy-duty equipment and asset-backed investments.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
