Based on my observations, many things happening right now, particularly in my generation, are driven by trends. When a product is trending, many people purchase it. When a dance video is trending, many copy it. Additionally, different perspectives arise on social media, which, unfortunately, sometimes leads to conflict. This is how our lifestyles are greatly influenced by media.


As a responsible digital citizen, I can say that I am digitally healthy. It is very important to know the do's and don'ts when using media, such as identifying whether the news is factual or not. Media literacy is crucial as it helps us improve our skills, reduces the dangers we might encounter online, and much more.


In conclusion, media has its pros and cons in our lives. However, to use it effectively, we must be digitally aware and informed about how to use it properly.
