I want to keep the font very simple and neat, so I have decided on using a thin lightweight sans-serif font and have the letters slightly spaced out and capitalised.

I originally was planning on naming the album after the single 'On My Mind' but I decided that I wanted to have a shorter album name and decided on 'Lights'. I didn't know whether I wanted to use a bold bright pink or a light toned pink but I have decided on using a baby pink shade for the background of the magazine advert. The baby pink will work better with the darker picture used for the digipak cover so the advert won't be too overwhelming with colour. However, for the website I am going to use a mixture of baby pink and bright pink to create more of a structure colour scheme.

I liked how the white sans-serif text stands out boldly against the pink/red tones used in the images. As I am trying to strongly keep to a colour scheme of pink and white, I do favour P!nk's website as a lot of her background is white with images of the artist and then a pop-up side bar with different links. I like that the home page is quite simple with only two images of the artist and then the links take you to further more content.
