Point 1: According to the text, it states "To many Australians, land is something they can own if they work hard enough to buy it, however, to the aborigines, land is not just something that they can own or trade....land is a spiritual value." Also, the text states that Ayer's rock was discovered by British surveyor William Goose and many caves around the rock have a very deep meaning and have some various cave paintings.

Point 2: Aborigine life is very different to life in the United States, but they do have some similairities. According to the text, it states "To many Australians, land is something they can own if they work hard enough and save enough money to buy it..." In the US, people have to work hard to earn money if they want a piece of property. However, to the aborigines, land is a spiritual value. Most people in the US would probably not think of their land as a spiritual value.

Point 3: Aborigines place the human species on the same level as nature by having nature as a very huge part of their life. According to the resource, the text states that land is a spiritual value to the Aborigines, meaning that land is very important and you can not go without it. The text also talks about a rock formation called Ayer's rock that many people walk around, but the Aborigines do not want people to do that because of the value of the caves around Ayer's rock.

Point 1: According to the text Aboriginal dance is one of unique aspects of the ceremonies that get passed down form one generation to another. Also the text tells us that you have to have a lot of knowledge about old stories and history to be an aboriginal dancer.
Point 2: The Aboriginal life is like the culture in the united states because they are taught the rights and wrongs of their religion at a verry young age and that ls the same here in the U.S. The Aboriginal life is different from U.S cultures because it is verry unique and most of the cultures in the U.s influence each other.
Point 3: The aboriginal people place the human species on the same level as nature by having nature be a part of their life. They live in nature and they are no higher, nor lower than Nature it's self. Also in the dances that they do they are acting like certain creatures form mother nature.

Point 1: According to the text, it states "Goorialla, the giant Rainbow Serpent, stirred for his own people. He traveled across Australia from south to north." The text also states, "He [Rainbow Serpent] traveled north, listening each evening for his people. He traveled many days, and his track made the creeks and rivers." These two facts from the text tell us how the Rainbow Serpent was searching for his people.

Point 2: Aborigine life is different to life in the United States because here in the United States we all mainly speak the same language, but in the book, he is searching for his own people who speak his language. Aborigine life is similar to life in the United States because Aborigines are able to practice their own culture and religion like in the United States.

Point 3: Aborigines place the human species because in the book the Rainbow Serpent represents nature and the Serpent is apart of the human tribe and in the tribe the Serpent and humans are all on the same level of leadership. They are not putting nature above to below them, they are working with nature.
