The Cengage digital resources are clumsy and are not user friendly for teachers or students -
It would be nice to have a focus group with the company
1. My ELT needs to generate easy to read reports

2. We need to be able to easily find each unit so that we can easily find completed work MY ELT needs to be streamlined so that teachers can easily find student work one unit at a time (the entire book of assignments appear and we have to search for 1 assignment))

3. We need to be able to delete inactive students

4. The audio bar needs to be moved because it impedes the viewing of the related exercise

5. We need to be able to assign grades on the spot for automatic feedback

6. Unit test need to be fillable - students do not have space to write answers

7. Have videos embedded in the teacher book and presentation tool - too many steps to have to find audio and video .. too many external sources The videos are not in the online student book or teacher book - it makes it clumsy

8. Re examine Exam View -
- not user friendly for teachers or students - too much stuff to have to search and find
Exams are not customizeable without the CD- students cannot take unit tests online
