However, it is the base of the language and grammar rules help us better express ourselves. Through function structure we just write and repeat what we hear or see without knowing the reason behind it. I still remember the charts around the classroom with the formulas to write sentences in different tenses. I love listening music so I read the lyrics inside the CD's brochures while listening, I also had teachers who would give us the lyrics of popular songs and we needed to complete some missing lyrics while listening to the song.
