         <description><![CDATA[<p>The shoulder is the joint that connects the arm to the torso. It consists of three main bones: the clavicle (collarbone), scapula (shoulder blade), and humerus (upper arm bone). The shoulder joint is a ball-and-socket joint, allowing a wide range of motion. Muscles like the deltoid and rotator cuff help stabilize and move the shoulder. Because of its mobility, the shoulder is more prone to dislocation and injury. Proper posture and strength training can help protect the shoulder.</p>]]></description>

It has two heads, the long head and the short head, which attach to the scapula and come together at the elbow. The main function of the biceps is to flex the elbow and rotate the forearm. It’s often a focus in strength training because of its visibility and shape. When lifting objects, the biceps play an important supportive role. Tendon injuries or tears in this area can cause weakness or pain.</p>]]></description>
