I graduated in 1992 and moved to Pittsburg, KS for college. I obtained my bachelor of science in Plastics Engineering Technology, then got certified to teach secondary math and science, then obtained my masters in gifted education. I am happily married to Brian (24 years) and we have 2 amazing daughters Isabel (19) and Elanor (16). Oh yeah I cannot forget our 2 furry, four-legged boys Ollie and LeeRoy. Brian and Isabel are cosmetologists at our family salon, Salon 9, and Ela keeps us busy with her high school sports. I'm a gifted facilitator for one of the grade schools in Pittsburg and the entire school district in Oswego. I am currently obtaining my second masters degree (hence taking this class) online from WWU. Having teenage daughters requires texting for communication. As a traveling teacher I often read and respond to email through my phone. My districts use google (docs, calendars, email...) as a main source to meet their technological needs.
