As we were unpacking the car we heard some rustling in the garage and when my dad went down to the garage to see what the noise was there was a mama bear and two cubs with her. They were going through our trash and when my dad came into the garage he scared them away and they ran off into our back yard.

After we would get doughnuts at a place called the doughnut mill in Woodland Park, CO. We'd bring it home and try to fit it through the door. After a few tries, we would always get it through the door and then we'd spend the rest of the day decorating it as a family.

My dad would always tell me that once I was in bed, he would come tuck me in. I would get in bed and yell "I'm in bed." which was my way of telling my dad that I wanted him to come tuck me in quickly. Eventually, I yelled it enough he would come and sing to me and tuck me in.

One time, I was camping on an island in Alaska and my friends and I were exploring the island. All over the island was squishy moss that was really slippery. We were trying to get to one part of the island and to get there we had to go down these steep rocks and moss. I thought that they were really easy to get down so I started walking down them like it was no big deal with a bag of popcorn in my hand. I slipped and started sliding down these rocks and then kept sliding. It took all of us completely by surprise and then we all got up and just kept walking around the island but just a little more carefully.

We were trying to make our way through the stadium through our seats and all of a sudden, a giant group of people came out of a tunnel and my friend and I were suddenly lost in a crowd together trying to find our seats to watch this football game. As we made our way through this crowd she held onto my hand so that she didn't lose me in the midst of all these people. After a while, we were able to make our way out of the crowd and to our seats and we enjoyed watching the rest of the game together!

We were all on a team together by choice and were just out there to have a great time. We kept getting scored on because one of guys on our team kept launching the frisbee to the other end. However, it didn't really matter since we were having a good time. By the end of the game we decided our only goal was to score one point and if we could do that it would all be worth it. By the end of the game, we had scored one point and after we took this picture holding up our pointer fingers, not because we were number one but for that one point we scored.

We went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. As we were going through the ride, I started waving to the fake people because I thought they were real because I didn't realize that they were motion detected mannequins. After the ride, I my parents told me and I felt really embarrassed but they told me they didn't want to say anything because they thought it was really cute. My siblings just thought it was funny and teased me about it.

It was something I was interested in doing so I tried out and made it on the traveling team. After that, we had tryouts for positions and I ended up being placed as the pitcher. I remember practicing in my backyard with my oldest brother because I wanted to do really well in the games. During one game, I remember how successful I felt by striking the opposing players out. There was nothing more satisfying during that game than watching those players swing for my pitches and missing them. This was when I felt most successful during those moments as a pitcher while playing softball.

A few years prior to my sophomore year, our band had auditioned to be part of the Rose Parade in CA. We were accepted and on January 1, 2018, I marched down Colorado Blvd. with the Air Academy High School Marching Band. We marched for 5.5 miles, but it was the most thrilling experience ever especially with thousands of people in grand stands cheering us on. It was one of the most encouraging experiences I've ever had in my life and at the end of the parade, I was exhausted but I also felt incredibly accomplished and proud.

However, we were misbehaving and so my mom sent us home. My oldest sister decided to get the sprinkler out for us to play with in the back yard so we played in the sprinkler all afternoon instead. When my parents got back from work we went out somewhere for dinner but my sister forgot to turn off the sprinkler and had flooded the basement on accident. We were all in quite a bit of trouble together.
