4. What job did you like the most? Why?
With the engineer because, with him, I had the time I needed to do my college work, attend classes and I had the time I needed to give to my son.
5. What job didn’t you like? Why?
I am currently working at because the workload is very heavy, the work schedule is very long from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, I work 10 hours a day and it doesn't allow me the time I need for college and my son.

No, I don't like it at all, I think the workday is very long, but what I do like is the work environment with my colleagues in the store.

I consider that at the moment it is not related at all since my functions are very basic and are not related at the administrative level.

Yes, I consider that my work experience in D1 Stores and with the Engineer are related to my career since I had to have administrative knowledge.

Yes, I can relate my work experience to my profession because the experience I gained in D1 stores contributed a lot to me, not only in decision making, but also in teamwork and working under pressure.

Hello, my name is Dely Johanna Mora Beltrán and I study business administration at the Santo Tomas University in the city of Bogotá, I am currently in my sixth semester and I was motivated to study by the desire to overcome a family tragedy, however, when I chose this career I looked for my work experience.

The work experience I have has been in the sales area, I worked as a commercial advisor for two years, then in 2015 I started working as a point of sale supervisor in D1 stores, there I had to be available 24 hours a day to the needs that arose in the store, I also had to make orders, schedule shifts, stock, clean, etc. I retired after four and a half years of working there, because they did not give the guarantees in COVID pandemic not to infect my family in 2020, then I started working with an engineer as a consultant in buying and selling construction materials for two years working, but unfortunately he left the country and I was unemployed.

I am currently working in sales at the San Diego distributor in the Plaza España Shopping Center, I am at the counter serving customers, making quotations, sometimes I am in charge of the cash register. I work from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, I do not feel comfortable because my current job because the workday is very long and I do not have enough time to attend classes that start at 6 pm, nor do I have enough time to devote to my son, however I am still there because I have a mortgage loan debt although I am aware that I should look for a much better job for me, which allows me to develop better and put into practice the career I am studying.

I know that looking for a better job I can relate my experience as a point of sale supervisor in D1 stores with the career that I am studying because I can work under pressure and in a team, and I consider that one of the most important skills is leadership, because in any activity even in our daily life we must be an excellent leader, which makes business administration is very important in any organization today, not only for decision making but also to be humanitarian, being socially responsible and sustainable with society and the planet.

I would like to continue with my undertaking and give work to women heads of household.

I would like to work in my own undertaking as a manager, but if it is not my destiny, I would like to work in a bank in the administrative area, because I consider it a good place to learn and put my knowledge into practice. 

5. What would be your ideal job? Why?

My ideal job would be the management of my undertaking because, I would be working for my dreams and my ideals, I am aware that undertaking is not easy, but it would be a great challenge for me.
