The game need to be played by teams. Each team is formed by five people. Each team is given a map. The teams need to read the map carefully so that they can find the way out. The fastest team will become the winner.<br>How it helps: The leader of each team can learn how to lead their teammates and improve the skills of leading a bunch of people. Since the leader need to lead the team to escape from the venue, so the game challenges the responsibility and the communication skills of the leader. Also, the leaders need to stay positive even they are in problems. Staying positive can help develop a healthy work environment for your teammates and makes your teammates work positively. Besides because the leaders need to lead the team, the leaders need to demonstrate integrity and build trust with the teammates so that the teammates can be available to trust you to help the team to win the game. The leader should show their loyalty to his team for getting their confidence of the team.&nbsp;<br>Flexibility is also needed for winning the game or even getting out of the venue, the leaders should accept changes and suggestions told by the teammates.</div>]]></description>
