Bước 1: Tải Video về dạng MP4 + MP3 về máy.

Bước 2: Tách File MP3 ra tiếng riêng và nhạc nền riêng. Dùng link trực tuyến sau:

Để lồng tiếng thì bố mẹ có thể dùng các app có chức năng ghi âm trên nền video, mình hay dùng KineMaster và Youcut. Còn lồng tiếng bằng app quay màn hình thì hơi nhiều tạp âm.

Mình có sưu tầm được gần 100 videos truyện cổ tích có thể dùng để luyện nghe/phát âm/ngữ điệu hay lồng tiếng cho con.

Trang web hay nhất để nhái giọng luyện speaking mà mình biết hiện tại. Trang web cho phép bạn nghe bài từ Ted, CNN student news,bbc learning english...đi kèm chứng năng repeat từng câu của video (kèm text để các bạn vừa nhìn vừa bắt chiếc nói lại theo).

Website còn có chức năng đọc đi đọc lại một câu, lưu các câu nói có cách diễn đạt hay, theo dõi tiến độ học của bạn... Nói chung là rất hay, trước thì chỉ có bản tiếng trung giờ có cả giao diện tiếng Việt

Bước 2: Dạy trẻ ghép vần các âm

Thực ra khi đã thuộc hết các sounds thì cứ nhìn chữ mà đọc sẽ ra âm cuả từ. Tuy nhiên, đối với các con bé thì chưa làm được như vậy – nên thường dạy chung bắt đầu bằng ghép vần 3 letters word như các family words : AT, AN, AP, EN, ET, EG, IG, IP, IT,IN, OG, OT, OP, UB, UP, UN, UG...

Dưới đây là một cách có thể các bé lớn áp dụng được, nếu ai có cách dạy khác phu hơp hơn thì cùng chia sẻ nhé.

Thứ tự các vần và các từ family words có thể tham khảo:

1. Làm các bộ thẻ an (an, can, ban, van, ran..), at (at, cat, bat, fat....)....

2. Trước tiên dạy trẻ đọc thẻ “at”: lấy tay che chữ t trên thẻ và yêu cầu con đọc âm: /a/, sau đó che chữ a và yêu cầu con đọc âm /t/.

3. Khi con đã thành thạo, thì bỏ tay ra và yêu cầu con đọc 2 âm liền nhau: /a/ /t/, đọc nhanh hơn 1 chut sẽ thành âm /at/.

4. Tóm lại, khi con nhìn được thẻ “at” và đọc là âm: /at/ thì là thành công.

5. Sau đó sẽ dạy con lần lượt ghép các phu âm vào phía trước: b-at =bat; c-at = cat....

6. Mẹ đánh vần miệng và dạy con ghép các phu âm vào phía trước. Dần dần con sẽ nắm được quy luật và tự ghép vần được.

7. Tương tự với các family words khác. (Bố mẹ nào ko tự tin thì có thể tham khảo các trang web hoặc các từ điển về cách phát âm)

8. Cần lưu ý: khi dạy trẻ từ nào thì cần phải giúp trẻ hiểu nghĩa từ đó – tránh việc đọc vẹt mà không hiểu. Ví du học từ cat thì phải chỉ cho trẻ con mèo, học từ bat thì phải cho trẻ xem cái gậy bóng chày... Tóm lại là phải để trẻ hiểu nghĩa cuả từ đó (xin nhấn mạnh là hiểu bằng khái niệm chứ ko phải là dịch sang nghĩa tiếng Việt)

Sau khi trẻ nắm được cách đọc và đọc được các 3 letters words thì sẽ dạy đến các blend sounds (pha trộn âm tiết).

Sách học VSTEP 4 kỹ năng (B1-B2-C1) -

Để cá nhân hóa lộ trình ôn luyện kỹ năng nói ở bài thi VSTEP tổng quát, Chinh Phục Kỹ Năng Nói VSTEP - Lưu Ngọc Nam là quyển tiếp theo mà Dương muốn bạn sử dụng. Sách này trình bày kiến thức về phần tiêu chí đánh giá một cách bài bản để người học có thể hiểu sâu hơn và dễ theo học. Với 10 bài học và chủ đề đa dạng, người học sẽ có một lượng từ vựng phong phú để có thể đạt được mục tiêu B2 cho bài thi nói VSTEP của mình. Tuy nhiên, Dương thấy có một điểm trừ là sách chưa hướng dẫn mình triển khai ý nói, ví dụ như ở cách trả lời trực tiếp thì ta cần trả lời thế nào, hoặc là mình sẽ cần làm thế nào để phần nói của mình trở nên thuyết phục giám khảo, ... Phần này có ở trong sách Ôn tổng hợp VSTEP Bậc 3 (B1) mà Dương nhắc ở trên, trang số 298, bạn có thể mở xem để rèn luyện phần phát âm cơ bản, cách trả lời cơ bản. Khi đã hiểu được cách triển khai ý cơ bản và cần bổ sung từ vựng thì hãy dùng sách này nhé. Vậy là bạn đã hiểu lý do tại sao Dương dặn bạn ôn quyển Ôn tổng hợp VSTEP Bậc 3 (B1) trước rồi mới đến quyển rồi phải không?

Bộ sách Compress sẽ là những quyển tiếp theo mà bạn nên xem, đặc biệt là quyển học viết và nói VSTEP bởi nó chứa bài mẫu nằm ở bậc 4-bậc 5 (B2-C1) với lượng từ vựng phong phú và cách triển khai ý hay hơn, linh hoạt hơn trong cách sử dụng từ. Những bài mẫu này được viết kèm theo bài dịch Tiếng Việt, giúp người học có thể hiểu và theo được, vừa tiện cho mình ôn luyện, và những bạn chưa thực sự có vốn từ tốt cũng có thể trau dồi thêm. Với quyển luyện viết thì ở mỗi bài, sẽ có ghi chú về những cấu trúc được đề xuất sử dụng trong bài thi. Với quyển bài mẫu kỹ năng nói VSTEP trong bộ Compress, đặc biệt là ở phần thi thứ 2 (VSTEP Speaking Part 2) có gợi ý phát triển ý tưởng cho bài thi, tô đậm từ nên sử dụng, và đương nhiên vẫn có bài dịch Tiếng Việt cho mình theo dõi.

Mọi người, ai ôn VSTEP với mục tiêu B1-B2 thì đánh 3 quyển này cho Dương nhé.

Ôn tổng hợp VSTEP Bậc 3 (B1) sẽ là quyển đầu tiên dành cho người bắt đầu học VSTEP đang ở trình độ A2 và mong muốn đạt được trình độ B1 trong bài thi VSTEP. Sách này sẽ giới thiệu tổng quát về bài thi VSTEP, bao gồm khung tham chiếu quy đổi sáu bậc ngoại ngữ của Việt Nam so với khung tham chiếu sáu bậc ngoại ngữ của Châu Âu - CEFR, định dạng đề thi ở trình độ B1, cách tính điểm thi ở các kỹ năng có trong bài thi tổng quát, và cuối cùng là phần bài tập thực hành. Nếu bạn đã có nền tảng ở trình độ A2, thì việc ôn lên bậc 3 này sẽ không thực sự quá khó đối với bạn. Nếu bạn chưa có nền tảng tốt, bạn nên bắt đầu với các quyển Cambridge - Vocabulary In Use (Elementary) và Cambridge - Vocabulary In Use (Pre-Intermediate). Hai quyển này học từ vựng cơ bản, vì trước đây Dương có dùng để tự học và thấy khá tốt nên đề xuất cho các bạn tham khảo.

Về ngữ pháp thì Dương vẫn đánh giá quyển sách Giải thích Ngữ Pháp Tiếng Anh Mai Lan Hương là quyển tốt nhất, vì quyển sách này đã theo Dương suốt hành trình học phổ thông đến quãng thời gian đi dạy của Dương bây giờ.

Tuy nhiên, trường hợp bạn ôn gấp, chỉ còn tầm 4-5 tháng nữa để thi, và nếu bạn không có khả năng học chuyên và tiếp thu nhiều, học để phục vụ cho việc thi cử và làm việc giấy tờ trước mắt, thì Dương khuyên là không nên dùng Giải thích Ngữ Pháp Tiếng Anh Mai Lan Hương nha, mà nên dùng phần học Grammar for VSTEP exam (Ngữ pháp ôn thi VSTEP) từ Ruby English cho ngắn gọn và ôn đúng trọng tâm các bạn nhé. Dương có để trong bộ sách luôn.

Dương nhắc trước là bạn ôn cấp tốc khi không có nền tảng hoặc nền tảng quá yếu thì bạn có thể chỉ đạt được Chứng Chỉ mà mình mong muốn, nhưng sau đó sẽ để lại tác dụng phụ nhiều khi mà trong công việc mình cần đến Tiếng Anh Thực Tiễn mà bạn lại là người ôn cấp tốc, không có nền tảng và không hiểu sâu, không sử dụng được Tiếng Anh Thực Tiễn. Một điểm trừ lớn khi làm việc!
