A big part of building classroom community involves setting up routines and establishing expectations for learning behaviors and respect for the learning of others. This needs to be revisited from time-to-time. Meaningful instruction and learning cannot happen without appropriate and positive management in the classroom/school. 

These expectations also need to be more consistent throughout the building and carry-over into the hallways and common areas.
