The name of this painting is called "Vertumnus". The year that this canvas was painted was in 1591. Giuseppe Arcimboldo was born on April 5, 1526, and passed away on July 11, 1593. What's interesting about this photo is that it looks too realistic and that this painting of vegetables and flowers was a portrait of Holy Roman Emperor Rudolf II.
