Concern: Limited resources for audio and visual practice and DELE certification 

Solution: Most of the Spanish resources available online for audio practice are paid resources. I need the access to utilise and explore these resources that will definitely help children to achieve the native level fluency. For British school students I would like to use Cambridge’s school support hub. The school support hub for IGCSE has access to previous year question papers and sample papers. These resources can be also be used for Indian school. The reading and listening content provided there is really helpful for students of middle school. This will also help them to prepare for next level.

We can have personal coaching sessions for our students to inspire our way of working and to help students develop personalised learning strategies. In this way, our vision of making students responsible for their learning can be fulfilled. Students will have a scheduled discussion with their class teacher for 10 to 15 minutes on a weekly basis. This is a well-prepared discussion, that follows up and assesses each student's performance according to the set goals and strategies by reflecting on their schoolwork, results and strategies they are using to achieve their academic performance. Reviewing and reflecting on their own learning process is a central part of the student's discussion with the teacher. The teacher will assess the students' strategies and guide them to a better approach. Sometimes, students work hard but need guidance for the right strategy. As an outcome of the discussion, the goals, strategies and schedule for the next week are established. This is going to help our students to achieve desire-able ultimate goals.
