The Kentucky Bar Association provides a list of instructions for filing a complaint against a specific attorney. They do not allow complaints against law firms, only a specific attorney. Once the authority and jurisdiction are verified, the complaint form must be submitted. With this, lawyers have several duties in regard to practicing and keeping the justice system legitimate. Figuring out the ethical violation is as simple as referring to the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct.
