Health Care has always been a great thing for people to help keep us in touch with our health. It helps us prevent or treat complications with our health. For some years now though people find it hard to reach out for health care due to costs, technology issues, and cyber hacks. The trust is broken and sometimes completely lost. Why don't hospitals have more security? Why don't we just drop prices? Questions like these aren't so easy to find an answer to. Hospitals do try to have security and to prevent attacks and to protect patients' confidential information but sometimes people still find a way around it. As for costs it isn't that easy to just drop them. Hospitals have to pay for new procedures, new research, new medications/vaccines, new security systems and so much more but with this also comes with the raise of costs for patients. People skip on visits and lessen down on medications or even cut some out because of the simply fact that they cannot afford them. There is a reach for health care that people are waiting for the other end to reach back.

With the new times technology has progressed. For patient records and hospital records they are kept through a computer rather than physical paper files in storage. It is a quicker and more organized way but it also has its downfalls. Hospitals have been sued do to patient files being missing or confidential information being known and shared. This is a big issue now that most information we keep are through a database.

Money has always been and issue for many people but now people are even forced to give up health care. Procedure and medication that people need are being not even an option anymore due to costs. Doctor visits and check ups that are recommended are skipped because people refuse to spend money that isn't there on visits when they feel perfectly fine. Even when someone is sick or hurt they don't even go to the doctor because the costs is simply just too much. Because of the rise is costs health care just isn't an option for some.

The pandemic was a tough and costly time. We spent a lot for new research, procedures, and equipment. In order for us to obtain new technologies and vaccines for COVID-19 we had to raise prices. These prices were already hard to meet but them being risen made it harder for people to get the medication or procedures they needed.
