Things like pollution, loud noise, extreme weather, or even poor living conditions can make stress and anxiety worse, and over time may lead to issues like depression or PTSD. It’s not just physical surroundings, social factors matters too. Feeling unsafe in your community, dealing with crime, or not having enough social support can really affect your mental well-being. On the flip side, having access to clean, safe spaces, nature and supportive people around you can help boost your mood and protect your mental health. Even small things like clutter, bad air quality, or too much isolation can take a toll.</p>]]></description>
